Heroic Muscle Spring Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Heroic Muscle Spring Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Heroic Muscle (“Sponsor”), an independent company. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Google, or any other platform.

 

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

 

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on 4/21/2026 at 11 AM (CT) and ends on 5/8/2026 at 11:59 PM (CT) (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Submit a valid email address and mobile phone number via the official giveaway entry form on the landing page.

Limit one (1) primary entry per person. Additional bonus entries may be earned through optional actions (such as referrals or social engagement), if applicable.

All entries must be complete and accurate to be eligible.

 

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Heroic Muscle prize bundle, which includes 2 tubs x Heroic Muscle Fat Burning Pre-Workout powders, 1 tub x Creatine powder, 1 tub x Hydration Mix, 1 bottle x BPC Capsules, 1 Heroic Muscle Comfort Colors T-Shirt (size and color gray/green of choice), and Heroic Muscle shaker bottle, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $300+.

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days after the Promotion Period ends.

The winner will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

7. Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within the United States. Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages.

 

8. Marketing Communications

By entering the Promotion, participants agree to receive marketing emails and/or SMS messages from Heroic Muscle. Message and data rates may apply. Participants may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link on emails, or by replying STOP to SMS messages.

 

9. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:

  • Attempts to tamper with the entry process

  • Submits false or misleading information

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions

 

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

 

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used for marketing and communication purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

 

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

 

13. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
